His passion goes beyond finding deep powder — it’s about creating meaningful experiences in wild places and teaching riders how to explore them safely. Over the years he’s dedicated himself to avalanche education and mentoring younger riders. Whether he’s guiding a family’s first backcountry day or coaching experienced riders through technical terrain, Jake brings patience, clarity, and stoke to every lap.

Seb is drawn to long winter days and the quiet of alpine bowls. Known for positive energy and patience, he turns tough climbs and deep stucks into part of the fun. He loves coaching sidehills, tree riding, and efficient sled handling — the small skills that unlock big terrain. Off the sled, Seb is a setup nerd who’s always dialing suspension and studying snowpack so he’s ready for whatever the mountains bring.
